Duration: 7 March - 9 September

Working at the popular Falls of Clyde wildlife reserve, the post holder will work with Falls of Clyde Ranger and Peregrine Protection Officer to carry out the following:

* Patrol the reserve and promoting site safety
* Lead guided walks and assisting with public events
* Present environmental education for visiting school groups
* Undertake practical conservation work on the reserve
* Nest surveillance
* Provide cover for visitor centre staff
* Work with and supporting volunteers
* Membership recruitment

Knowledge of woodland/local species natural history, commitment to nature conservation, good communication skills, enthusiasm and self motivation are essential. The position will require some weekend, evenings and public holiday working.
