We are looking for a smart, high-horsepower, Sales Operations Analyst to help support CRM, training, and contracting operations for sales.
As the Sales Operations Analyst you will own standing up and managing our sales dashboards, metrics, and analytics. You will help design and run sales training and onboarding. You will own and manage the sales contracting process. You will help drive our annual sales planning process and you will work closely with sales and business development executives to ensure that we meet our quarterly goals. ABOUT THE JOB

  • Work closely with sales executives and executive management daily on pipeline movements and progress towards quarterly goals.
  • Develop analytics around forecasting; drive the annual business planning and forecasting process, working closely with sales management, finance, marketing, and client operations.
  • Build management dashboards to provide the business real time visibility into the pipeline and the performance of the sales team.
  • Develop analytical reporting tools, performance tracking, and metrics that that drive a deeper understanding of our business, and that help identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create and manage the sales training and onboarding process. This includes quarterly sales meetings.
  • Own and manage the sales contracting process.
  • Fully own and manage our Salesforce.com CRM; enhance our CRM capabilities to drive greater efficiencies and visibility across the sales team and the company
  • Develop training, reporting, and dashboards for departments as they are integrated into the CRM.
  • Track, update, and maintain relevant deals and salesperson-specific data for decision making and reporting purposes.
  • Support the sales team on a daily basis with pricing analysis and strategy.
  • In collaboration with sales management and legal, help manage the contracting process, ensuring that contract terms are appropriate and have been approved, and driving deals towards a timely close.
  • Develop, document and implement sales operations processes and workflows; if necessary, redesign workflows and implement new policies and procedures that increase efficiency.
  • Maintain data integrity / ensure data in CRM is clean.
  • Support integrations for internal systems with Salesforce.com.
