Description

My client is a market leader in residential and commercial solar solutions in the East Coast area. They specialize in designing and providing complete solar turnkey solutions and over a number of years have developed a strong reputation in the market for doing so. They are now looking for an experienced sales manager based in New Jersey.

 

Responsibilities:-

 

  • Define price strategy for current and new products and help meet the corporate target gross margins
  • Serve as primary contact to key accounts
  • Manage executive level relationships with customer and drive sales within accounts
  • Develop strategic corporate account plans and lead plan implementation across divisions
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Manage and recruit strategic partners, generate revenue from and maintaining senior management relationships with key distributors, system integrators and dealers
  • Provide leadership to start-up residential and light commercial team from design to implementation of channel sales model including marketing, product offering, pricing and segmentation

 

 

Requirements:-

 

  • You will have at least 5 years of complete turnkey solution sales experience, with an excellent track record
  • Must have strong educational background (Business Studies or similar dicispline, makreting or economics, MBA would be desirable)
  • Candidates should have strong understanding of power purchase agreements and a project based/solutions sales background
  • Excellent distributional channels within the East Coast region s
  • Experience in leading a team( strong advantage )
  • Excellent understanding of solar PV project sales
  • Willing to travel to meet clients
