Description

My client is a market leading renewable energy solution provider. They specialize in medium wind turbine technology and focus on feasibility, planning and instillation.

 

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for the sales of wind turbines to the UK market, working to maintain and develop relationships with customers. You will be expected to achieve targets in the region ensuring that you obtain sales agreements and develop and maintain business with existing key clients.

 

Responsibilities:-

 

  • ·         You will be responsible for the selling of products and services with a main focus on turbines.
  • ·         Create sales opportunities, establish and build lasting relationships
  • ·         Maintain business with existing key clients
  • ·         Represent the company at conferences, shows and sales events
  • ·         Reach and exceed sales targets
  • ·         Provide weekly reports on activity
  • ·         Be informed regarding my clients main competitors and conduct market analysis that leads to in depth knowledge of the major competitors

 

Education:-

Strong degree, minimum bachelor level.

 

 

Core Requirements

 

  • ·         Minimum of 3 years sales experience within the wind industry.
  • ·         Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high quality results
  • ·         Proven ability to deliver and exceed sales targets
  • ·         Outstanding written and oral skills
  • ·         Ability to develop strong business leads and a sales pipeline through cold calling
  • ·         You will be fluent in English

 

General Requirements:-

 

  • ·         You wil be a self starter with a proven track record working independently
  • ·         In depth knowledge of the wind industry
  • ·         Strong commercial awareness
  • ·         Strong team player
  • ·         Outstanding communication and persuasive ability

 

 

Key Skills:-

Wind Industry, negotiations experience, business development and sales of wind turbines or wind developments in UK, team leadership.
