My client is a world leading technology company who develop high performance cells and modules for the PV industry.
Position Overview:
Managing sales department + building sales organisation to support significant module and kit sales. This a temporary contract for 6-12 months.

Responsibilities:
- • Creating and updating annual sales plan specifically for module and kit sales activities;
- • Built up operational Sales & support organization to ensure on time roll out of new module and kit activities;
- • Translating customer requirements to Solland internal organization to ensure superior product performance and service to customers;
- • Responsible for revenues and gross margin.
Qualified to:
- Take decisions and execute activities within the framework of the agreed Marketing & Sales plan.
Education:
- · Must have strong educational background (Batchelors)
Core Requirements: Description of tasks
- Maintaining long term relationships with key cell accounts and where needed extending business with these accounts depending on decision about cell production volumes;
- Updating existing sales plan for modules and kits based on customer contacts and first steps into the market;
- Define and build European organization to support new sales;
- Define, implement and standardize sales and internal support processes to enable high volumes of sales and high order frequencies;
- Acquisition of new customers and closing contracts;
- • Initiate and extend strategic partnerships and networks to support sales;
- • Weekly progress discussion with Director M&S;
- • Weekly sales reporting to MT.
Communicates with:
- Director M&S to discuss operational sales results and issues and to review sales plan and implementation progress;
- Members MT for operational sales progress reporting and to align internal organization with requirements of sales activities;
- Sales team for operational follow up.
