Description

My client is one of the fastest growing inverter manufacturers globally and have a very strong business plan and balance sheet, with distribution channels spanning across North America, Europe and Asia. They are rapidly expanding their commercial and technical teams in Germany and are looking to recruit a sales engineer to join the Frankfurt team.

Core Criteria:
The sales enigeer will support the sales team providing technical support and consultation to customers.

Responsibilities:-

  • ·         Responsible for technical support and consultation of direct customers
  • ·         Technical support for important end customers and coordination of distribution partners
  • ·         Technical support for the solar customers locally as well as the sales team
  • ·         Technical support for the customers with the dimensioning and selection of inverters
  • ·         Development of customized solutions in co-operation with the selling
  • ·         Execution and support of training measures for direct customers and Installateure
  • ·         Technical consultation with fairs and meetings

Education:-

  • ·         Must a bachelors degree in Engineering (electrical or electronic prefred)

Core Requirements:-

  • Minimum 3-5 years previous inverter experience with a proven track record in the solar industry
  • ·         Very good knowledge in the Photovoltaic system engineering, communications technology and equipment technology
  • ·         Sales experiences (technical interior and field service) in solar inverters are of advantage

General Requirements:-

  • Ability to travel
  • ·         Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work independently but within tightly controlled business policies

Key Skills:-

Solar, Photovoltaic system engineering, inverter experience and engineering background (electrical or electronic prefred)
