Description

My client is one of the industry’s leading manufacturers of PV Modules, Cells and Systems.

Position Overview:
Maximizes revenues through the direction of sales managers and reps.  The Sales Director will be responsible for new sales strategy,  lead generation, customer relationship development, proposal development, contract preparation and negotiation in throughout Europe

Responsibilities:-

  • Managing the sales teams throughout Europe.
  • Seeking and building relationships with new customers
  • Pay visits to their clients on a monthly or even bi-weekly basis
  • Conduct intensive follow up and meetings with new clients
  • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
  • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
  • Will be expected to proactively source new clientele and generate new revenue streams
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals

Education:-

  • Must have strong educational background (Batchelors)

Core Requirements:-

  • Proven leadership ability and the ability to motivate a team to achieve common goal
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to handle high work pressure and meet quarterly revenues and profit targets set by the company
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Relevant PV experience in the PV industry
  • Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization

General Requirements:-

  • Ability to travel
  • Proficient with making impactful presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently but within tightly controlled business policies
