Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will be directly responsible for the Sales and Marketing Strategy for Australia and all Sales and Marketing Managers velops, manufactures and markets high-quality photovoltaic modules. Position Overview: nReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will be directly responsible for the Sales and Marketing Strategy for Australia and all Sales and Marketing Managers. Responsibilities:n- Capturing arising market opportunitiesn- Acquisitions of new customers and management of existing customersn- Management of all business affairs in the Australian marketn- Lead the Sales & Marketing teams in the Australia to reach annual targetsn- Build up a strong sales team and approach in the Australia through efficient channelsn- Presentation of company products, preparation of proposals and leading of negotiations with customersn- Lead the sales process for contract signings and other works involved in the sales of the company`s productsn- Growing company market sharen- Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIsn- Support marketing activities and market communicationsn- Implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the sales teamn- Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients Education:n- Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics, Master would be an advantage General Requirements:n- Excellent understanding of the local Australia marketn- A minimum of 8 years successful B2B sales experience in PV Solar industry in the local Australia marketn- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous rolesn- Proven track record of successful leadershipn- Experience working with international markets and cross-functional teamsn- Comfortable communicating with high-profile executives in business and financial sectorsn- Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously as well as multi-taskn- Strong negotiation, communication and organization skillsn- Strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as intercultural skillsn- High reliability and ability to work under pressuren- Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamworkn- Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basisn- English mother tongue with good other language skills (spoken and written)n nKey Skills:n- Solar PV, negotiations experience, sales experience, solar product (wafers, ingots, modules and/or inveters) sales experience and team leadership For more information please send a Word copy of your CV to apply-315209058-4524@at.idibu.com, call us on +44 (0) 203 005 5560, or visit www.viridiumassociates.com.
