The Heschel Center for Environmental Learning and Leadership seeks:
Resource Development Director Resource Development maintains the infrastructure to recruit financial support for the organization's activities and includes: strategic planning, preparing materials, information management and fundraising. Responsibilities: Managing, developing and executing strategic plan for resource development Managing administrative infrastructure (including assistant) Maintaining and fostering contacts with funders and supporters Grant management Co-ordinating project managers' grant management responsibilities Developing English language publicity materials (print, web) Grant and report writing Supervision of annual fundraising event/s Managing staff and board involvement Required Skills: English mother-tongue; good Hebrew (high-level or mother-tongue an advantage) Excellent management and writing skills and experience Excellent people skills Resource development (and other NGO) experience Knowledge and interest in sustainability issues - social and environmental (experience an advantage) Organizational and administrative ability and experience Initiative and independence High computer skills - Office (Word, Access, Outlook), Internet, CRM Ability to work alone and in a small team 80% position (4 days/ wk) - negotiable Operational Sector Non Profit Sector Region Center Town Tel Aviv Contact Name: Edna Poliva Email heschel@heschel.org.il Phone: 03-5608788 Fax 03-5605091 Website http://www.heschel.org.il Postal Address 85 Nachalat Binyamin St Tel Aviv |
