Research Manager, London, UK

My client is a leading company is leading consultancy agency across a wide range of industries. They are now looking for an experienced research manager in the energy practice to manage and perform primary research.

Responsibilities:

• You will be organizing and hosting group conversations between consultants and clients of the company
• Will be developing relationships between the company and respected leaders in the energy industry and recruiting leading consultants through research and networking.
• Facilitating the interactions between consultants and clients so as to ensure that informed decisions are being made
• Will be conducting research in line with client requests
• Manage and provide support to junior colleagues .
• Work closely with the sales and business development team so as to provide more tailored and customized products to the clients.

Requirements:

• Will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the energy industry with expertise as a consultant, analyst or in equity research.
• Have extensive knowledge of the financial markets in EMEA with regards to the energy sector.
• Must have outstanding communication skills and have been successful in working in a multi-task orientated environment
• Must adopt a proactive approach to your work
• Be passionate about growing the business and leading your colleagues
