MSc/ B.Tech/ M.Tech in Biotechnology / Computational Genomics/Computational Biology/ Bioinformatics/ Genetics and Plant Breeding with NET/GATE qualification

1. Procedure and analyze sequencing data from Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms using high-throughput genotyping / sequencing data

2. Utilize an Assortment of bioinformatics tools to analyse and manipulate sequencing data
