This sea turtle conservation program strives to preserve and collect data on two main species that visit the research sites: the Olive Ridley and the Pacific Green Turtle. It is looking for research assistants whose activities range from proving support in the field to the training/coordination of regular volunteers. Spanish skills are useful but not necessary. The project is based is an undeveloped paradise with solitary beaches and a stunning tropical rainforest.
Research assistants receive free board and lodging throughout the duration of their stay. The biological station is super equipped with new and comfortable cabins, laboratory, library, electricity and internet.
