Renewable Geothermal Expert, Europe and USA

My client is a leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects, working on a variety of projects throughout North America and Europe including wind, water, biomass and geothermal.  They are market leaders in the North America and are rapidly expanding their operations in Europe also.

They are now recruiting into their geothermal market keen to attract the most experienced and dedicated candidates. They endeavour to work to the highest standard and cement their name as a market leader around the world.

Key Words:

Geothermal, Wind, Renewable, Due diligence, Green Energy, Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) and Binary Cycle.

Primary Responsibilities

• ·         Negotiating with private and public clients on geothermal JV (joint ventures)
• ·         Exploring opportunities for geothermal projects involving financial and development plans
• ·         Reporting and analysis of due diligence conducted by internal and external contractors
• ·         Working with engineers and CDM teams in order to successfully lead to completion of renewable energy projects.
• ·         Leading teams of engineers and contractors within the renewable energy project
• ·         Liaising with clients and financial backers throughout the life cycle of the renewable energy project.

Key Skills

• ·         University qualification to BSC level (minimum) either Environmental Management environmental engineering or science or related field in the environmental sector.
• ·         Knowledge of regulatory and legal issues relating to geothermal projects
• ·         Ability to liaise with clients and project managers
• ·         Excellent report writing and analysis skills
