· Explore new customers and markets in Europe for Solar Cells & PV Module Sales
· Develop Customer and Channel relationships
· Facilitate post sales services
· Improve coverage and awareness by running time bounds programs
· Represent the company’s brand in front of sales accounts
- Maintaining and developing existing and new clients and fostering effective relationships with key stake-holders and decision makers
- Direct the support services department’s activities to achieve the objectives established in the company’s Strategic Plan
- Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all existing and potential customers of the company
· Negotiating terms and closing deals
· Ensure all deals meet revenue and margin expectations
· Manage customer accounts in line with business strategy and marketing plan
· Manage and expand existing accounts and develops new accounts in order to sell company’s products
· Define opportunities and sales proposals
· Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times
Education:-
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or comparable (Master’s degree a plus)
Core Requirements:-
· 3-5 of experience in technical products sales in Photovoltaics
· 5-10 years sales experience in total
· Should be well versed with B2B & B2C sales practices, with special focus on contract sales & distributor / dealer / stock-point management in solar business.
· Project Financing skills/Existing relationship with banks.
· Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high quality results
· Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
· Ability to manage multiple projects
· Demonstrate in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principals
General Requirements:-
· Proficient with making impactful presentations
- Ability to work independently but within tightly controlled business policies
Key skills:-
- Solar PV, negotiations experience, good technical knowledge, sales experience, solar product (wafers, ingots, modules and/or inveters) sales experience, fluency in English and Italian(any other European language is beneficial) and team leadership
