We are looking for a conservation-focused Regional Manager who will be responsible for both the Waikato and Taranaki regions. Do you want to be a leading voice for nature across the Waikato and Taranaki regions and help protect nature across New Zealand? Do you have the skills, courage and aptitude to drive change? We have a rare opportunity to join the Forest & Bird team as our Waikato/Taranaki Regional Conservation Manager. This role is part time for 30 hours per week. Regional Conservation Managers (RCMs) are part of a team delivering Forest and Bird’s conservation outcomes by:
Regional Conservation Managers work as a team to implement the Society’s operational plan and deliver Forest & Bird’s advocacy. This position requires the successful applicant to work from home. A home office allowance is available to recognise this cost. Some travel will be a necessary requirement for this position. To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
