  • Performing online sourcing using various job boards, social media tools, blogs, etc.
  • Sourcing includes mining for resumes and passive candidates from target companies, competitors, and our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Keeping organized records of potential candidate data in our ATS.
  • Track and report metrics of sourcing efforts.
  • Research new sources for talent acquisition.
  • Research our competitors and other relevant industry knowledge and communicate with the team.
  • Continuously providing the Recruitment team with a pipeline of possible candidates for available and future positions.
  • Assisting Recruiting Coordination with interview scheduling and campus recruiting efforts.
  • Manage job postings and review and filter incoming resumes.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

 

ABOUT YOU

You should be passionate about energy efficiency, highly analytical, a creative thinker, a tenacious worker, and a friendly, interesting person to have around our office.

  • Must be extremely internet savvy.
  • Previous experience doing research on the web is a plus.
  • Smart self-starter who takes initiative.
  • Super organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High energy, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills – preferably with Excel and Internet Browsers.
  • A strong interest in technology and/or recruitment.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple research projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work in our Arlington office.
  • Internship will be 20-30 hours per week and ends in May, 2012.
