Ranger, Biodiversity/Hunting Team Supervisor

The Taranaki Area is seeking a Hunting Team Supervisor for its Area Office located in New Plymouth.  The Taranaki Area contains many significant areas of conservation value, including Egmont National Park.

The successful applicant will lead a team of Goat and Deer Hunters involved in animal control operations across the Taranaki Region.

You will need;

• Strong leadership skills backed by experience in the field
• Budget Planning and Reporting skills including use of computers
• Experience in developing and maintaining effective relationships with local communities especially rural, Iwi and stakeholders.
