The Opportunity
An experienced campaign manager is sought to lead and drive the Pew Charitable Trusts' environmental advocacy in Queensland. The successful candidate will lead campaigns to secure large scale outcomes for nature and people in Queensland, including advocating for the protection of free-flowing rivers in the Channel Country and the creation of new national parks and private protected areas in Queensland.

Pew works in Australia to obtain better, science-based, protection and management of land and seascapes in the Outback and marine environment. Fundamental to our work is obtaining durable conservation outcomes that imbed long term and positive land and sea management by local people.

Location:
The position is based in Brisbane. The position reports to the Deputy-Director, Outback to Oceans, and supervises a campaign team with strengths in communication, stakeholder engagement and community outreach.
