Quality Manager (m/f) Offshore
Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality planning for offshore wind turbine projects
- Act as key point of contact for all internal and external quality-related issues
- Plan and drive QM activities at project level
- Prepare project-specific quality plans, applying QM methods for the purpose of preventing errors
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards
- Assist with customer approvals process
- Develop strategies for sustainable improvements
- Prepare reports for Senior Project Manager and Divisional Head of Project Site Management
Profile:
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Process Engineering or similar
- Proven track record in project quality management
- Specialist knowledge in standard QM systems, standards and auditing methods
- Experience in wind energy sector
- Fluent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Confident, results-oriented approach, complemented by professionalism and team spirit
- Finely honed problem-solving skills
- Appreciation of the dynamic nature of the offshore wind power market and the associated changes that may be required at a corporate level
- Ability to work at heights and offshore (extended level G 41)
- Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad
