Description

My client is a global developer in the PV Solar industry, operating offices throughout Europe and the US. They are looking for a PV sales manager to join their team in Italy and manage their product sales whilst increasing sales revenue and customer satisfaction. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an already established global leader within the solar PV sector.

 

Position Overview:

As my client’s new PV sales manager you will be required to pursue sales opportunities whilst upholding the highest level of customer satisfaction. Reporting to the European Director of Sales, you will be tasked with looking after new and existing accounts and managing all aspects of service product sales throughout the territory.

 

Responsibilities:-

  • ·         Coordinate activities with the Account Manager to maintain my client’s market share
  • ·         Increase sales whilst establishing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • ·         Provide technical support for service products across all accounts
  • ·         Update account strategies and tactics
  • ·         Support both distributers and agents in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
  • ·         Provide basic training to distributers and agents with regards to service products
  • ·         Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers
  • ·         Forecast service product sales in accordance with my client’s processes and procesdues  

 

Education:-

  • ·         Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or sales and marketing

 

Core Requirements:-

  • ·         Proven tactical sales experience and skill
  • ·         Exceptional organisational and planning skills
  • ·         Ability to review lengthy and detailed contracts
  • ·         Exceptional ability to handle objections and rejections
  • ·         A proven business track record
  • ·         Fluency in German
  • ·         Exceptional conflict management and negotiation skills

 

General Requirements:-

 

  • ·         Ability to travel
  • ·         Strong computer literacy skills
  • ·         Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
