Description

The RSPB is looking for a project manager to ensure the effective and efficient co-ordination and management of the Halting Environmental Loss Project (HELP). RSPB Northern Ireland is the lead partner in this new £1.5 million project, co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Interreg IVA Programme for Northern Ireland, the Border Region of Ireland and Western Scotland. The project is designed to deliver targeted cross-border biodiversity action for a range of priority species and habitats across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland. We are looking for an exceptionally organised person with project management experience and experience of working on grant-funded projects to manage this exciting project over the next three and a half years. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and have a high level of literacy and numeracy skills to collate project reports. The special EU Programmes Body is the Managing Authority for the European Union Interreg IVA programme.
