Project Manager: Wind Turbine Blade design/ manufacturing, Denmark

My client is a leading Manufacturer with an outstanding reputation for excellence. They are responsible for the manufacturing of various wind turbine components.

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the director of project management, the successful candidate will be responsible for heading a team of 20+ engineers in the research and design of blade manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• ·         Overseeing a team of engineers and  managing major decisions
• ·         Leading blade conceptual design
• ·         Initial design of blade dimensions  rotor diameter
• ·         Consult blade aerodynamic design
• ·         Consult blade structural design & analysis

Education:

Strong degree (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering )

Core Requirements:

• ·         Minimum 6yeas experience in the research & design of blade manufacturing
• ·          Highly organized and previous experience in project management within the wind sector
