Successful Wildlife Crime Prosecutions (SWIPE) is an EU LIFE funded project, which aims to discourage and ultimately reduce wildlife crime by improving compliance with EU Environmental Law through increasing the numbers of successfully prosecuted offences. The project activities aim to boost the awareness and capacity of prosecutors and selected law enforcement authorities to ensure compliance with national and EU wildlife laws, to enhance cross-border knowledge exchange, and to increase cooperation between investigative agencies. The project is focusing on Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain and Ukraine. This position will have a strong focus on tackling wildlife trafficking.
Candidate will have to be eligible to work in Hungary / the EU.
