Project Investment Manager, Berlin, Germany,

My client is a leading international company that works largely in the Solar PV sector that provides services in the project development arena. They are experts at quality assurance and technical and commercial management and are involved in a large number of large scale Solar PV plant developments throughout Europe. They endeavour to develop further renewable energy projects in order make a contribution to the reduction of emissions.

Position overview:

My client is looking for a project investment manager to be based in the German office with strong experience in the Solar PV sector

Responsibilities

• You will be involved in conducting the project through top sales process

• You will utilise your experience with investor acquisitions and relationship management

• You will lead sales negotiations with Investors and clients

• You will be a deal closer and will lead negotiations with broker and be involved in the monitoring of these contracts

• You will need to have demonstrated skills in monitoring and development of buyers market

• You will support the company in designing revolutionary and productive project finance ideas

• Your position will require that you are capable in the structuring of asset deals and share deals internationally

• You will be required to be involved in the entire process of negotiations with banks and investors

Education

Degree in either Law or Business Administration with a focus on Investment and financing

Core Requirements

• Strong experience in the capital market, bank, fund, financial services or consulting references

• A proven track record in negotiations

• Fluent in English to a business level

• Strong ability with Excel

General requirements

• Ability to travel internationally

• You must have strategic, problem solving and creative outlook

• You will need to have the ability to work with other teams on an international level.

Project finance and the ability to work on an international level closing deals within the renewable energy markets
