Project Estimator. California, USA

My client is one of the leading electrical contractors operating wind projects throughout the USA totaling more than 6,000 Megawatts.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate, reporting to the Director will be responsible for estimating the costs of projects of current and future wind projects  throughout the US.

Responsibilities:

• ·         Producing cost analysis reports of planned projects
• ·         Detailed analysis of project bids & budgets
• ·         Communicate with subcontractors and vendors
• ·         Submit detailed analysis of estimated turnover to investors

Education:

Degree in a numerical discipline

Core Requirements:-

• ·         Numerically sound
• ·         Relevant experience in a similar role within the wind sector
• ·         In depth understanding of project costs associated with wind farm production and operation
