With projects and offices in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam, WWF Greater Mekong Programme Office is working to conserve 600,000 km2 of mainland Asia's most biologically diverse, economically significant and threatened forests and rivers, which are found in the Mekong Region and home to more than 300 million people in the region.

WWF Greater Mekong Programme Office (WWF GMPO) is seeking to recruit a full-time Project Director (full-time) to be based in Hue/ Quang Nam in Vietnam or  Salavanh/ Pakse in Lao PDR.

The Project Director leads the management and implementation of a major new project, the Annamites Carbon Sinks and Biodiversity Project in Southern Laos and Central Vietnam. This includes responsibilities for technical, financial and administrative aspects of the Project.He/she will oversee the development of management systems, operational procedures and capacity building for key project counterparts.
