Description

World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the world’s leading conservation organization, seeks a Project Coordinator to administer project agreements and facilitate financial monitoring of projects. The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for drafting agreements, data entry, agreements filing, and updating WWF’s grant and contracts database. S/He will process payment and expense reconciliations and provide assistance to the field offices and grantees. The Project Coordinator works to ensure financial and administrative information is well-organized, deadlines are met, and problems or inconsistencies are raised and addressed.

A Bachelor’s degree plus two years, or a minimum of four years, relevant experience in budgeting, finance, or accounting is required. Demonstrated ability to use word processing, database and spreadsheet software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) is also required. Familiarity with U.S. Government-funded projects is highly desirable. The successful candidate will show initiative and have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and complete work with minimal supervision.
