Project Administrator - Wellington (6 month Fixed Term Contract)

We're looking for a highly organised Project Administrator to support our new Renewable Development Delivery team on a fixed term contract. 

Based in Wellington, you'll provide accurate and timely administrative support to our construction project.  This busy and varied role will see you managing events and booking travel as well as preparing both internal and external reporting.   Confident working with numbers, you'll quickly come up to speed with our finance system and be tracking the budget, arranging accruals, and confirming payments. Process driven, you'll look after all of our documentation and templates in line with our document management plan and ensure our team and project meetings are well managed and all minutes recorded.

You'll have several years experience in a project administration support role as well as a proven record of excellent budgetary control. An excellent communicator, you'll be experienced in managing external service providers and contractors and be comfortable with a highly variable workload and always meeting deadlines.
