Position: Production Manager
Department: Cell Dept
Location: Qidong, Jiangsu, China
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organizing all the resource of the production center, preparing the production reasonably to fulfill the production goals.
2. Responsible for integrating the human resource structure, optimizing the performance appraisal to meet the development requirement of operating personnel.
3. To set up a management system guided with cost and appraisal in order to reduce the cost and increase the effectiveness.
4. To ensure the production line in order and continued, to ensure all the production capability stable.
5. To coordinate with the relationship among all the departments and centers to advance the balanced development with one another.
6. To implement safety production in order to ensure no incident in production center.
7. Other responsibilities may required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in physics, material, micro-electronic.
2. More than 5 years’ management experience in large manufacturing companies, management experience in electronic, semi-conductor, and solar field will be preferred.
3. Familiar with lean production, 6S management, ISO9000 and ISO14000 system.
4. Good at communicating, coordinating, organizing and team building, with high working enthusiasm and can work under high pressure.
