Operate and maintain machine equipment

Job Description
The individual will be responsible for operating and maintaining machine equipment.
• Responsible for setup at the beginning of each shift and clean up at the end of every shift
• Visual and physical inspections will be required
• Must be able to repair and adjust equipment as needed
• Will perform tasks in Production, Machine Operation, Quality Assurance, Setup,
Repair and Maintaining equipment
• Mechanical aptitude a must
• Willingness to perform any duty within the plant as assigned without hesitation
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
• Good attendance record, positive attitude, ability to work well with team members
• Following safety guidelines / policy

Job Requirements
• Communicates openly & effectively across diverse groups including global offices & all functions.

• Strong presentation & meeting management skills.

Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Graduate Required. Some college coursework in
manufacturing/maintenance technologies -or- industrial/mechanical engineering
preferred
• Three+ years of solid work history in a manufacturing or production environment
