Our client is a large environmental consultancy who have long established
partnerships with local and regional government organisations, private
developers and housing associations. The emphasis for this role includes
developing our established work with commercial developers, leading and growing
a team of technical experts, providing guidance, support and direction to the
developer / new build focused team. In the construction sector you will work on
low and zero carbon energy options appraisals, BREEAM and Code for Sustainable
Homes assessments and energy modelling, assessment and feasibility studies
(using SAP and non-domestic building energy modelling software). Within the
housing sector you will work on energy saving strategy. Required skills are: SAP
and commercial building modelling experience; Experience working on new-build
and retrofit projects; A thorough knowledge of low and zero carbon technologies;
BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes experience. Please do not apply if your
