People Engagement Manager - South Wales

Location: Cardiff

To lead a team of staff and volunteers on face-to-face membership recruitment via public facing events, across South Wales. To take the lead on people engagement activities aimed at raising income, with key internal and external partners within the area. To manage the performance and budget of the team, to deliver income objectives to budget and to schedule.

The successful candidate needs to be an excellent communicator with strong leadership qualities and the ability to think strategically. Evidence of collaborative working is essential, as is experience of managing high performing teams, partnership projects and significant budgets.
