This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a ground-breaking initiative which aims to restore one of the Chilterns’ finest chalk streams to health. The Chilterns Conservation Board is working with Thames Water and local stakeholders, including the Chiltern Society, to pilot Thames Water’s Smarter Water Catchment Initiative in the Chess valley. The five-year Initiative will deliver a more intensive approach to catchment management with necessary resources available to make a real difference to the health of this special chalk stream.
