Join a dynamic political lobbying team in a leading environmental charity to campaign on a range of issues including climate change, energy, economics, international trade and agriculture, representing our views within the political domain. Working closely with politicians, their staff, political parties, influential think tanks and the media, your role will be to build support for the RSPB and its policies in Westminster and Whitehall. With colleagues, you will play a leading role in identifying and exploiting political opportunities and Parliamentary processes to deliver key campaigns. This post requires energy, enthusiasm and initiative. You need to be an effective verbal and written communicator with a track record of persuading and inspiring others. Experience of Parliamentary procedure is essential and knowledge of environmental issues or campaigning an advantage.
