Borrego Solar Systems, Inc, a growing, solar energy design, engineering, financing, and installation company, seeks an Operations Analyst to work in the Lowell, MA office.

Desired Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Economics
•    Passionate about environmental studies and energy
•    Tech savvy- experience with IT or technology a plus
•    Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, lookups, macros, etc)
•    Some project management experience with the ability to multi-task and stick to a deadline 

Position Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


•    Run reports and analytics, build and maintain dashboards in salesforce.com
•    Ensure Data Integrity of the salesforce.com Database through audits and quality control procedures

  1. Maintain accuracy in overall project data in preparation for month close or PM 50% reviews
  2. Compile Revenue Projection data, including revenue, profit and bonus prediction analysis
  3. Prepare Data for Quarterly Scorecards for COO and Director of Operations

•    Test new salesforce.com tools and new software solutions prior to implementation

  1. Examples include box.net, IQ 20/20, Google docs

•    Assist in Process Adoption Audit and Improvements including Data Quality reporting

  1. Create Trainings for new employees and new processes

•    Update and maintain workflow process documents
•    IT Assistance including:

  1. ISP Management- arrange internet upgrades/installs, handle service problems for all locations as necessary
  2. Purchase all IT equipment and software
  3. Maintain and Administer Software Licenses for company employees

•    Perform Day to Day Operations and Project Job Cost Analytics

  1. Create reports from completed job data to improve company estimating processes and risk analysis

•    Additional Special Projects directed by the COO and Executive Project Manager
