Onshore Project Developer Wind, Germany, 60k €
My client one of the leading Wind companies, strongly involved in the expansion of the renewable space nationally and internationally. Their main focus is project development, financing and realisation of wind park projects. Apart for the German key market the company is constantly expanding into new countries such as Eastern Europe, the UK, US and Canada.
They are now looking to bring an experienced Onshore Project Developer for their office in the North of Germany on board. Main responsibilities in this position will be searching and acquisitioning of potential locations and areas for new wind parks.
Mein Responsibilities:
- Establishing and negotiating with landowners, tenants and community representatives
- Building a personal network
- Perform contract negotiations until signature stage
- Presentation of the wind farm planning in meetings with local authorities, communities and municipalities
Education:
- Technical Degree strong plus
Main Skills:
- Experience in renewable energy Sales is desirable
- Experience in land acquisition desirable
- Experience in wind park land acquisition strong plus
Soft Skills:
- Strongly professional appearance
- Negotiating skills
- Clean driving licence
- Fluent in German (native level)
