Job Title: Online Organizing Data Analyst, Beyond Coal Campaign

Department: Conservation

Location: Washington, D.C.

Reports to: Senior Online Organizer, Beyond Coal Campaign

Context: Executes and analyzes Beyond Coal campaign's online organizing national campaign work with heavy emphasis on testing and measurement of list building strategies and activities. Works with appropriate campaign staff to use Club's online data, web, and email systems to drive the strategy and further advance the goals of the campaign's national initiatives.

Job Activities:

1. Supports Senior Online Organizer in the development and execution of a plan and strategy for the Beyond Coal national campaign efforts. Leads implementation of strategy through writing, editing, and production of online tools.

2. Organizes, develops, and coordinates online email outreach, web-based advocacy, and online-to-offline integration of the members and supporters who are interested in the Beyond Coal campaign.

3. Works with vendors on paid acquisition strategy, creative campaign development, and execution, including tracking, testing and optimizing engagement of new Beyond Coal campaign activists.

4. Uses Club integrated email/web/constituent relationship management system to develop segmented lists, track and report results, target emails, and identify trends.

5. Travels to organize and coordinate training events, strategy sessions, field meetings, visibility, or other large events and conferences.

6. Coordinates with other departments to analyze the life-cycle of online campaigns.
