O&M Service Coordinator, Rio de Janeiro

My client is a global leader turbine manufacturer in the wind industry. They have presence in 40 countries all around the world and they are a merger of 2 companies especialesed in providing O&M and energy services, totalizing more tahn 26,000MW.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the O&M Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction of hydro projects. You will be responsible for the management of equipment, materials and all onsite personal.

Responsibilities:-
• Technical management of wind farm operation and maintenance
• Wind farm resource and material planning
• Condition monitoring
• Data analysis
• Check turbine efficiency
• Customer Relationship Management
• HSE supervision
• Operation and maintenance annual budget
• Sub-contractor management

Education:-
BS in Engineering – Electrical or mechanical

Core Requirements:-
• A minimum of 5 years experience in the wind industry
• A minimum of 3 years working with wind turbines
• Willingness to travel within Brazil
• Languages: Portuguese.
• Experience managing teams.

General Requirements
• Ability to produce professional high quality reports
• Strong team player
• Strong communication and written skills

Key Skills
• O&M, BS in Engineering – Electrical or mechanical, Experience working in a O&M position within the wind industry, turbines.
