Description

The Office Manager is responsible for all tasks
related to the running and administering of the
London office. Your main duties include:

* Office management: You will be the main point
of contact for the office, including answering
the phones, liaising with contractors and
greeting external guests. You will work hard to
ensure that the office functions smoothly and is
a pleasant place to work;
* Executive Assistance: You will book travel for
office executives and organise meetings, as well
as provide administrative support;
* Database management: You will be responsible
for updating and maintaining our SalesForce
online database;
* Finance Administration: You will work with the
Financial Controller to process expenses and
arrange foreign exchange transactions;
* Human Resources: You will manage some HR
processes such as recruitment and sick and
holiday leave;
* Legal assistance: You will provide support to
our company lawyer formatting and editing
legal documents, and general document
management.
You are an energetic and self motivated person who
enjoys being organised, and are comfortable working
independently and as part of a team. You are excited
about the prospect of working for an entrepreneurial
environmental business.

You should show:
* Previous administration experience (at least 2
years preferred)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to
detail
* Willingness and ability to take initiative, and to
create and improve processes
* Strong Microsoft office experience, particularly
Excel and Word
* Comfort with technology, and ideally experience
of SalesForce.com or similar
* Cultural sensitivity and comfort working in a very
international team
* Fluency in English, other languages a bonus
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum, pro rata.

Depending on applicants the position could be a
part-time role worked 30 hours over 5 days.
