Description
Good ornithological field skills are required to undertake search and count lek surveys for black grouse. An ability to work alone, with minimal supervision, and also to follow health and safety procedure is required as the post will require travel to remote locations at unsociable hours. For the 20 week contracts some experience of vegetation survey will be required as habitat work will be undertaken in addition to the above.
