Applications are invited for the above position based in Adelaide. The Office Manager will run the Senator’s Office. You will be responsible for administration of the office, including reception, correspondence, appointment, travel and diary management and for providing general assistance to Senator Hanson-Young.
To be the successful applicant you will have:
- experience in office administration
- excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- strong organisation and time management skills
- sound analytical skills and sound judgment and discretion
- flexibility, initiative and ability to multi-task
- capacity to work effectively and amicably under pressure
- knowledge of Greens’ policies and values
A commencing salary between of $42,662 – $49,856 (increasing by 3% at the end of April) will be paid with an allowance of $3,374 payable in lieu of overtime.
An option to work a four-day week would be considered. A probationary period of 3 months applies.
