Greenpeace International (GPI) is seeking an energetic, dedicated and experienced Campaign Operations Manager (COM) to join its Oceans campaign at Greenpeace International (GPI). This is a full-time position starting with a 1 year contract.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing, coordinating and tracking the global project development and submission process. Support NROs in the development of their projects both on process and content;
- Creating, updating and managing the global campaign portfolio calendar so that the Global Campaign Leader can successfully accomplish the composition and performance of the campaign;
- Collaborating with the NRO’s and Senior Portfolio Managers to arrange skillshares and training opportunities;
- Liaising with Finance and Programme Departments to ensure that resource allocations are coordinated and accountability requirements are fulfilled, as well as monitoring the flow and status of funds of all projects and liaising with GPI funding managers to track and report on grants;
- Building and maintaining internal networks for the campaign in order to facilitate information flow and the identification of opportunities for collaboration;
- Coordinating campaign wide evaluations, in order to monitor delivery, encourage and share innovative approaches to overcome challenges;
- Coordinating with the NRO’s, Global Campaign Leader and the core team in order to compile campaign wide inputs for organizational planning and reporting requirements;
- Working alongside the Global Campaign Leader and the rest of the team in campaign strategy development.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- 4 years of experience in a similar role, of which a minimum of 1 year is with an international organisation.
- Experience in working across borders and with multi-cultural teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven project management skills
- Proven organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities.
