This individual will be a key technical member of the process engineering group. This group is responsible for process development and product support of our thin film solar cells with an emphasis on continuous, reel-to-reel web converting processes such as Printing, Coating, Laminating, Punching, Slitting/Sheeting. This is an incredible opportunity to drive the product roadmap in our very innovative and promising photovoltaic product, while helping to scale volume production. This individual is responsible for:
• Owner ship of one or more manufacturing processes
• Development of new process capabilities in support of product roadmap`
• Project management for continuous improvements on cost, yield and throughput
• Statistical process control
• Failure analysis
• Process qualifications for new tools and ramp up

Minimum Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience
• Master Degree in Engineering or Physical Science or BA with 7+ years in relevant job family
• MS Office package, MS Project, Statistical Data Software (JMP)
• Significant expertise in continuous, reel-to-reel web converting processes such as Printing, Coating, Laminating, Punching, Slitting/Sheeting etc.
• Preferable hands on experience in equipment concepts and designs for reel-to-reel processes and building up mass production processes from scratch
