As the world's leading international alliance of animal welfare organizations, the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) develops campaigns and projects in partnership with almost 900 member societies in 150 countries. WSPA is seeking an experienced public relations professional to plan and implement national media strategy and PR activities in the United States. Based in WSPA's Boston office, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience generating national and international media coverage, preferably for a non-profit organization. S/he must be able to work independently and also as part of both a national multidisciplinary team and global PR/media team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to animal welfare required. Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred with a focus on communications, public relations or journalism. How to Apply: |
