Slimbridge Wetland Centre is currently in a fast moving period of change with an ongoing programme of exciting new developments. We now require a creative and proactive individual to drive growth and market the Centre to the widest possible audience. You will be required to develop and implement the Centre's marketing strategy, build relationships with key stakeholders and maximise media exposure. The ability to increase visitor numbers (currently 200,000 pa) through effective marketing is a key part of the role. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent with previous marketing experience in an outward facing role. Excellent copy writing skills and experience of producing marketing plans and communication strategies is vital to this role.
