Overview
A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate keen to gain work experience within a professional environment. Our client, a waste management consultancy, provides a range of services that help its clients operate to the highest environmental standards. They reduce the environmental impact of the waste their clients produce, the energy they consume and the stationery they buy. Having acquired two other businesses, the marketing department will be busy integrating the new customers and strengthening the brand through new collateral, communications and promotions.
This role will focus on the re-haul of their CRM database:
- Rethinking the way they use it
- Tidying up data
- Defining business roles
You will work directly with the Head of Client Services to help develop new strategies and methods to reach out to clients.
Other responsibilities will be:
Writing and sending newsletters, customer promotions and customer surveys through our CRM system
Helping to manage events and seminars
Conducting customer and competitor research
Helping to carry out campaigns and improving our customer experience
Assisting Marketing Manager with brand management
Requirements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A good degree, preferably in marketing
You will be self-motivated, have excellent time management and be able to work independently
Enthusiastic, resourceful and pro active with a genuine interest in a career in marketing
Organised multi-tasker
Good knowledge of Word and Excel

The position is paid (London living wage)
37.5 hours per week
