We are seeking someone with knowledge and a passion for our seas, to help us protect coastal and marine areas off the North East, Yorkshire & Humber coast of England. Educated with a relevant degree, and with working experience in the marine sector, or conservation or planning, you will be responsible for helping secure Marine Protected Areas, commenting on marine and coastal planning issues, undertaking casework and delivering key RSPB messages to important stakeholders through partnership liaison and campaigning. This role will be involved in influencing the pioneering development of marine spatial plans for the offshore and inshore seas and a coastline stretching from Flamborough Head to Felixstowe and will work alongside our established and experienced team of regional and national Conservation Officers and Policy staff.
