Working within the Grants Policy and Management Team, the Cost & Pricing Manager serves as in-house expert on all public funding financial requirements and provides technical assistance and expertise to CI programs worldwide in the areas of budget preparation, implementation of policies and procedures, compliance with bilateral and multilateral donor regulations and requirements.  S/he will analyze solicitations to advise program staff how to best conceptualize the cost proposal and to fully incorporate budgetary issues into the development of the technical proposal.  This position is also responsible for reviewing technical proposals to ensure that the proposal budgets are in alignment with the scope of work, reviewing proposal budgets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with donor requirements, and assisting with negotiation and make recommendations on the financial impact of terms and conditions.
