Reporting to the Head of Performance Management, the role has the following responsibilities: - Perform all legal/regulatory analysis of the processes going from preparation of the project to be filed up to the obtainment of incentives devoted to renewable energy plants (e.g. L. 488)
- Preparation of all analysis of legal framework, existing and future, at European, National, Regional, Provincial and Municipal level relevant for the development, construction and management of plants, to support the internal business functions responsible for the respective processes (Business Development, Asset Implementation, O&M of renewable business)
- Perform impact scenarios related to the evolution of legal and regulatory framework (chance / risk) having an impact on existing plants and/or projects under development
- Preparation of reports to include outcome of the above mentioned activities 2. and 3., to also individuate guideline of possible future growth to orient strategy settings and business development objectives
- Perform all analysis and output needed during the preparation of long term strategy as well as Budget/Mid Term Plan processes and Forecasting, including economic/financial evaluation, in co-operations with other business functions, proactively defining proposals, with respect to existing plants and/or projects under development
- Support to business functions in the preparation of communication to all relevant authorities in compliance with laws, authorizations and permits, and agreements with municipalities, , with respect to existing plants and/or projects under development
- Preparation of the basic supporting analysis and documents to be further processed together with the legal departments in order successfully finalise the: 1. obtaining of authorizations to build plants (documentation related to VIA process, Single Permit and related prescriptions, including ‘Regional Plan for Reneawble Energy (PRIE)’, contracts for lands, agreement with municipalities; i.e. the so called ‘cantierabilità of a project’;), 2. plants actual realization in compliance with all laws and regulations, Single permit, PRIE and agreement with municipality; 3. compliance of O&M activities to all national and local laws and regulations, including fiscal communications and declarations
- Support to Head of Performance Management in the preparation of meetings all Authorities relevant for the renewable business in Italy for the legal/regulatory phase (Ministries, Parliament, Regions, Provinces, Municipalities, etc.), including preparation of ‘position papers’ and presentations, comments to ‘discussions documents’ issued by the authorities and draft laws under discussions in the Parliament or within Governmental Ministries Commissions.
Requisiti- Law Degree
- Possible Master in Law & Regulation in the Renewable Business
- 3/5 years experience in the field
- Experience relevant to Generation, Renewables businesses
- Strong knowledge, background and competence
- Strong analytical and synthetical skill with the ability to interpret laws and regulations, within the more complex structure of legal and regulatory framework as a whole, and present output in a clear and structured format
- Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills (including flexibility and versatility) to establish and nurture effective cross-functional and cross-cultural working relationships
- Excellent self-organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong sense of drive and achievement motivation which underpins an ability to work under pressure to meet challenging targets.
