For the Global Technology and Logistics department which is part of the Service organization at our global head office in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for a LEAN Process Consultant..

Work Assignments

You will be part of a newly established LEAN team which is responsible for development and maintenance of LEAN projects. The team is driving our LEAN@site projects, where we apply lean thinking in our service processes to maximize customer value while eliminating waste. Supporting the team your main responsibilities will cover:

•           Gathering and analyzing data 

•           Documenting and structuring our LEAN project tool box

•           Describing and documenting standard LEAN processes

•           Participating in the implementation of LEAN processes globally

In this position some travel activities can be expected.

Your Profile

You have a relevant education, e.g. a commercial education or a degree in Business Administration, combined with 2-3 years of experience in LEAN processes.

As a person you are outgoing and reliable with a good amount of enthusiasm. You have a structured and result-oriented approach to task solving and are a dedicated team player thriving in a dynamic environment with multi-cultural and cross-functional teams. In addition, you possess excellent communication skills as well as fluency in both spoken and written English.
